Ok so today I made a TERRIBLE mistake. I took my speed graphic out with 2 shots of Kodalith. At least that’s what I thought I did. TURNS out I actually took a blank 4x5 film holder instead of a loaded one. Soooo I spent 45 minutes in a muddy field for nothing.

It’s a magical ball this one. Can’t hit it until you sunk all your solid/stripe. Can’t even look at it funny or it declares your the loser. Anyway I noticed when playing with a friend that the lights above our heads were casting multiple shadows I hope to do a more fun photo with the idea but this is the gist of it, different shadows different intensities of shadow.

I got inspired by another photo. It was a similar idea, well catch sparks and fire. They decided to use high shutter speeds and good timing I decided to be lazy and drag the shutter and fix the lighter. Anyways This is the result. A single shot. Long exposure.

So I was finishing up work and while walking to my car I noticed this blue recycling bin. At first I thought “Is that a blue police box” then I looked at the thing and went “ohhhhhhhhhhh….”

So I had this flower that I picked in my room from about 2 months ago. I think it looks better now than it did when it was alive. So here’s a photo of it.

This was a shot composed of 3 differently lit images. Basically I’m doing more light painting here. I used a flashlight to light up the flower from above, to the left, and to the right.

So I have some pretty good news. I’ve redone the inside of the SI-Holga. There is a fresh pack of color 100 ISO film in there. I exposed it to 2 days worth of sunlight and multiple camera flashes and after that I took a photo. There is no significant light leakage from the camera that I can see. It’s pretty well ready to sell. I’ll be posting it on Etsy in a little bit.

Todays photo is a photo of my shadow and it shows no leaks!
